EMSA Capital invests in Bravo

VIENNA, 13 April 2015 – We are pleased to inform you that EMSA Capital has successfully completed the investment in Bravo Europa.

Bravo is one of the largest players in the metal roofing and water collection systems markets in Romania. Founded by a local entrepreneur Adrian Minuta and a Belgian family in 2000, Bravo has built a reputation of a reliable and quality producer. The company has successfully established itself as a leading supplier for the DIY segment.

EMSA’s investment was directed towards enhancing working capital, strengthening the balance sheet and reducing debt. EMSA will provide financial backing and know-how to support turnaround and ambitious expansion to west-European DIY chains. Along with the management, EMSA intends to bring Bravo to a next level, turning it into a pan-European leader in supplying DYI chains.

Adrian Minuta, the founder of Bravo, said that “EMSA was able to see the opportunity to provide quickly needed capital during a very dynamic market environment and when the company needed it most.”.
