Michal is a former PE-focused banker at EBRD. He gained Big4 training in M&A transaction services in London. Recently, he helped to set-up an AI and quantitative analysis start-up.
After working at the finance department of Allianz in Prague, Michal gained Big4 training in M&A at Deloitte Transaction services in London and worked on several notable international transactions.
As a PE-focused banker at the EBRD, Michal worked with some of the most prominent Private Equity funds in the CEE and EMEA regions both in an LP capacity and on co-investments and completed his training in financial modelling.
In addition to his M&A background, Michal has experience with AI programming, having been involved with setting up an AI and quantitative analysis fintech start-up.
