Formerly CFO of Alcatel Cluster South-Eastern Europe for a business of EUR 400m annual. Management oversight for Finance, HR, Legal and IT; followed by a position of Associate Director Advisory at KPMG. Since 1996 Judicial Expert, FIDIC Expert involved in tax litigations, judicial and fraud expert and extrajudicial expert for litigation files with anticorruption and organised crime prosecutor offices/agencies (e.g. ICC arbitration in Bucharest for a EUR 29m litigation). Chartered accountant and Lean Expert (KPMG certification). Along with Romanian, Cristian speaks fluent English and French; with intermediary knowledge of German, Swedish and Serbo-Croatian.
